EBMに基づく包茎・亀頭包皮炎治療

要旨　包茎の定義は亀頭包皮と亀頭が癒着し，また包皮の狭窄を伴い亀頭が露出できない状態とされるが，乳児期から幼児期には必ず存在する状態であり，自然に改善するため，いまだその治療方針に明確なものはない。治療を行う際は，保存的治療として包皮翻転指導と局所薬剤塗布で良好な治療成績が報告され，手術的治療である環状切除術は限定される傾向にある。亀頭包皮炎は亀頭および亀頭包皮の急性もしくは慢性の炎症であり，病因としては細菌による感染性のものが多く，治療は陰茎包皮の清浄と抗生剤投与が一般的である。包茎に伴うことも多く，包茎の治療も併せて考慮される疾患である。
