男性尿失禁の手術―人工括約筋埋込み術

要旨：男性の重症腹圧性尿失禁に対する手術療法は，人工括約筋埋込み手術がゴールドスタンダードである。この手術は人工物を埋め込む手術であることから，感染を予防することが重要である。また，装置のmechanical failureを防ぐために，埋め込み手術時に回路内へ血液やエア，手袋のパウダーなどの混入を防ぐことが大切である。そのためには，回路の構造をよく理解し，手際よく手術を行うことが重要である。
