間質性膀胱炎の内科的治療

要旨　間質性膀胱炎に対する内科的治療は水圧療法後の初期治療として行われるべきであるが，有効な薬剤は限られる。経口薬物療法としては，pentosanpolysulphate sodium，hydroxyzin，amitriptylineなど，膀胱内注入療法としてはdimethyl sulfoxide，pentosanpolysulphateなどがあり，その有効性が示されている。ただ，日本では保険適用の薬剤がなく，臨床的に使用が困難な薬剤も多い。日本で多くの医師に使用されているsuplatast tosilateも含めて，保険適用の治療が可能になるように臨床研究を進めていく必要がある。
