要旨　間質性膀胱炎の外科的治療は，水圧拡張が第一選択である。潰瘍がある例には，TUR（transurethral resection），TUC（transurethral electrocoagulation），レーザー凝固などを併用すると効果的である。膀胱拡大術や膀胱摘出術の適応は限定的で，慎重に検討する必要がある。
