尿路に疾患を有する患者における血清シスタチンCの臨床的意義

　尿路疾患を有する110例において，血清シスタチンC（CysC）を測定し，血清クレアチニン（sCr）および24時間クレアチニンクリアランス（24 CCr）と比較した。CysCはsCrに比べ24 CCrとより強い相関を示していた。24 CCrが50～60ml/minの症例では特にその傾向が強く，CysCはより鋭敏に24 CCrを反映していた。正確な腎機能の把握は単腎症例を含む慢性腎臓病の診療や腎毒性を有する薬剤の使用において重要であり，簡便に測定が可能で鋭敏に糸球体濾過率を反映するCysCの有用性は高いものと考えられた。
