泌尿器科疾患に対するHo：YAGレーザーの応用

要約：レーザーは導光路が細径であっても十分なエネルギーが利用でき，また使用する波長の特性を理解することで安全で効率のよい手術が可能である。ホルミウムレーザーは，軟組織に対して蒸散，切開，凝固により出血の少ない手術と，硬組織，特に結石に対しても十分な破砕力を有する汎用レーザーである。本稿では，ホルミウムレーザーの尿路結石，前立腺肥大症，上部尿路上皮癌，尿道狭窄の内視鏡治療への応用について解説した。
