横紋筋肉腫様組織像を伴う腎細胞癌

　症例は56歳，男性。夜間頻尿の精査中に腹部超音波検査にて左腎腫瘍を指摘され当科を受診した。造影MRIにて左腎に7cm大の不均一に造影される腫瘍を認めた。腎細胞癌と診断し，経腹的根治的腎摘除術施行した。病理学的診断は横紋筋肉腫様組織像を伴った腎細胞癌であった。文献的には腎細胞癌と診断される症例の3.2～4.2％に横紋筋肉腫様組織像が認められ，早期に転移し予後不良であることが多いと報告されている。
