63．前立腺癌のadjuvantホルモン療法の適応，継続期間について教えてください。

1　診療の概要

　前立腺癌の根治療法に対するアジュバントホルモン療法には，治療前に行う場合（ネオアジュバント）と，治療後に行うアジュバントの場合とがある。いずれの場合も，併用することによって根治率（ひいては全生存率）が向上するかどうかがポイントとなるが，以下に手術療法（根治的前立腺全摘術）と放射線療法に分けて概説する。
