女性尿失禁の手術―スリング手術：TVT手術とTOT手術

要旨：女性腹圧性尿失禁に対するスリング手術の代表として，TVT（tension free vaginal tape）手術とTOT（transobturator tape）手術を取り上げ，手術適応から術前準備，手術手技，術後ケアまで解説する。TVT手術は長期も含めて優れた治療成績が報告されている反面，稀ではあるが穿刺に伴う血管や腸管の損傷による重篤な合併症をきたすリスクがある。これを改良する形で考案されたTOT手術は，現在数種類のキットが市販されており，海外ではTVTに取って代わる流れとなっている。
