女性尿失禁の手術―TVT手術とTOT手術

文献概要

要旨：数ある女性腹圧性尿失禁に対する低侵襲手術のなかで，現時点ではTVT法とTOT法が実績と有用性で最も優れていると評価されている。無効例や合併症も念頭に置く必要があるが，適応例に確実な手技を行えば高い確率で患者に満足をもたらすことができる。
