回腸導管に発生した悪性リンパ腫

文献概要

　症例は86歳，男性。回腸導管ストーマ周囲の腫瘤を主訴に入院した。8年前ストーマヘルニア修復術時の腸管周囲組織検査で悪性リンパ腫が認められたが，臨床上残存腫瘍がなかったため経過観察としていた。腫瘤は前回と同様の組織診断であったため，回腸導管口悪性リンパ腫として化学療法を行った。腫瘤は消失し，92歳で他病死するまで完全寛解を維持し得た。回腸導管に発生した悪性リンパ腫は，われわれが調べ得た限りでは報告がない。
