文献概要

要旨　膀胱尿管逆流症に対する外科的治療の原理となっているのは，十分な長さの膀胱粘膜下トンネルを作成し，flap valve mechanismを利用することにより逆流を消失させることにある。Politano-Leadbetter法は，解剖・術式を十分に理解したうえで手術を行うことにより，安全で確実に膀胱尿管逆流症を治療することができる優れた手術方法の1つであると考えられる。
