泌尿器手術における術創の消毒

要約　術後創部の消毒は，消毒薬の細胞毒性という特性から推奨されない。細胞毒性は，視点を変えると，殺菌作用ということだが，消毒薬は創傷治癒を必ずしも促進するわけではないので，積極的に用いる必要性がない。術後創部は，ドレッシング材貼付のみで十分と考えられ，術後創部の管理を，頻回の消毒薬を塗布することで満足するのはやめにしたい。また，術後創部は，消毒薬で拭うのではなく，滅菌生理食塩水やシャワー浴を積極的に利用したい。
