症例

左側腹部痛を主訴とした後腹膜脱分化型脂肪肉腫

　症例は67歳の男性。2008年12月に左側腹部痛がみられ，近医を受診し，後腹膜腫瘍/脂肪肉腫の疑いで当科を紹介受診した。後腹膜腫瘍摘除・左腎合併切除術を施行した。病理組織診断で脱分化型脂肪肉腫と診断され，同時に切除した腸腰筋に浸潤が認められた。補助療法は行わず，現在外来で経過観察中である。脱分化型後腹膜脂肪肉腫について考察する。
