症例

TUR生検により診断された膀胱原発mucosa-associated lymphoid tissue（MALT）リンパ腫

文献概要

　症例は64歳，女性。近医CTで膀胱三角部から子宮にかけて腫瘤を認め，当院へ紹介。TUR生検を行い，病理診断はMucosa-associated lymphoid tissue（MALT）リンパ腫であった。MRI，FDG-PETで骨盤内リンパ節転移を認め，膀胱原発MALTリンパ腫，臨床病期ⅡEBと診断。リツキシマブ併用CHOP療法を3コース施行後，膀胱部へ放射線治療（41.6Gy）を行いCRが得られた。
