文献概要

要旨　超音波検査などの画像診断技術の向上により，比較的早期に先天性水腎症が発見・診断されるようになってきた。先天性水腎症の中で，比較的症例数の多い腎盂尿管移行部狭窄症の治療に関して，これまで報告されているさまざまな術式を比較検討しながら，当院で現在行っている開腹下での腎盂形成術を紹介する。
