文献概要

要旨：膀胱腫瘍に対する膀胱全摘除術後の尿道再発の頻度は，4～18％とされている。尿路ストーマの症例と代用膀胱造設例では尿道再発は異なり，後者で有意に低率である。代用膀胱を想定した場合は，前立腺尿道腫瘍，前立腺浸潤癌を除き，尿道温存が適応とされる。膀胱全摘除術に引き続き施行される男性および女性症例の尿道全摘徐術の概要を解説する。
