18．膀胱全摘除術の適応と選択―尿路変向のQOL

文献概要

要旨：QOL調査は，選択された尿路変向術式が患者にどのような影響を及ぼしたのかを知る重要な手がかりとなる。QOL調査にはSF-36，EORTC QLQ-C30，FACT-BLなど，信頼性や妥当性が証明された質問票を使用すべきであり，その調査時期は術後1年以降が適切である。調査方法も自己回答式が望ましい。今までの尿路変向術後のQOL調査報告はretrospectiveな研究がほとんどで，尿路変向術後のQOLは比較的良好に保たれ，術式間に明らかなQOLの違いは認めないとしている文献が多い。今後はprospectiveな研究，また尿路変向術式に対する独自のQOL調査票の開発に期待が持たれる。
