100ml以上の前立腺肥大症に対するPVP療法（光選択的前立腺蒸散術）

文献概要

　大きな前立腺，特に100mlを超える前立腺肥大症に対する手術法は，開腹手術か，TUR-P，HoLEPなどが考えられる。これらの方法には，出血や入院期間が長いこと，手技の習得に時間がかかるという欠点がある。PVP療法は手技も簡単で出血も少なく，ほとんどが1日入院で済み，大きな前立腺肥大症にも施行できる。今回われわれは，100mlを超える21例の前立腺肥大症に対してPVP療法を施行して，比較的良好な結果を得たので報告する。
