要旨　われわれが行っている重複腎盂尿管に伴う異所開口尿管に対する上半腎尿管摘除術の手技と，ポイントについて概説した。良好な術野の確保，正確な上半腎の切除ライン，下半腎・尿管の血流温存が重要と考えられる。
