文献概要

要旨　前立腺癌は，①T2強調画像で低信号，②造影MRIで早期濃染，③拡散強調画像で拡散低下を示す。しかし，そのMR画像には，さまざまなパターンがあり，辺縁域と移行域の癌でもかなりの違いが認められる。MRI-targeted transperineal template prostate biopsy（MTTB）によって得られた知見を基に，前立腺癌のMR画像を5群に分けた。このパターン分類により，前立腺癌のMR画像をよりよく理解できるものと思われる。
