要旨　単純性腎囊胞の穿刺，注入治療について概説する。多くの種類の薬剤の報告があるが，最も多く行われ，成績もよいものはエタノールであろう。穿刺・囊胞内容を排液して造影，エタノールを20～30分注入し排液する。複数回の投与が，より効果的のようである。ただし，適応は慎重に議論すべきで，安易な適応拡大には十分注意すべきであると思う。
