泌尿器科領域における術後感染対策 Ⅴ―尿路感染症患者の手術および検査

要約　泌尿器科の開放手術において，尿路感染症を合併した状態で手術を行った場合，術後創感染の危険度は高い。これは，術野が感染尿に汚染されることによると考えられている。また，泌尿器内視鏡手術やESWLの際にも，尿路感染症を合併している患者では，術後の有熱性尿路感染症や菌血症の発生率は高い。尿路感染症を合併している患者では，一律に予防的抗菌薬を使用するのではなく，術前より尿路感染症を治療し，また，術中，術後も治療的抗菌薬を使用する必要がある。
