要旨　化学療法の副作用としての消化器症状は，自覚症状を伴う副作用の中で最も患者に苦痛をもたらす副作用の1つであるとともに，治療のコンプライアンスを低下させる可能性があることから，その対策は極めて重要な問題である。本稿では，最も頻度の高い消化器症状である悪心・嘔吐，下痢，口内炎の病態とその対策について述べる。
