要旨 口腔粘膜炎は抗癌剤治療時によくみられる副作用である。口腔粘膜炎は感染や死亡のリスクファクターであり,口腔ケアなどの予防が第一であるが,海外ではケラチノサイト増殖因子やL-glutamineなどの有効な予防法の研究も進んでいる。また,種々の皮膚障害,脱毛,浮腫などの皮膚症状は抗癌剤治療において頻度の高い副作用であるものの,重篤なものが稀であった。しかし,最近の分子標的薬使用により手足症候群などの皮膚障害が注目されている。医療者はあらかじめこれらの副作用についての知識を持って患者に接する必要がある。
