筋層非浸潤性膀胱癌の膀胱内注入療法

文献概要

要旨　筋層非浸潤性膀胱癌は経尿道的膀胱腫瘍切除術（TURBT）を始めとした膀胱温存を中心に治療される。一方，TURBTのみでは再発・進行をきたす可能性が高いため，予防・治療法の一環として膀胱内注入療法が行われている。BCGを用いた注入療法が行われて30年以上経過するが，現状でも本法が筋層非浸潤性膀胱癌への主軸の治療法であると考えられる。今回，臨床的に直面する筋層非浸潤性膀胱癌のTURBT後の再発予防・再発後の膀胱内注入療法について，最近報告された文献を概説する。
