膀胱知覚伝達に関する最新知見

要旨 過活動膀胱や間質性膀胱炎において,近年,膀胱知覚伝達路が大いに注目されている。膀胱における知覚伝達路に大きな役割を果たすのは,尿路上皮,間質および求心性神経である。求心性神経としては,2種類(Aδ線維とC線維)の神経線維が膀胱における正常な尿の充満知覚(尿意)および非生理的な異常知覚(尿意切迫感,膀胱痛など)を伝える役割を果たしていると考えられている。これらの膀胱知覚伝達のメカニズムに関する最新知見を概説した。
