女性骨盤底領域における尿道スリングおよびメッシュの超音波検査による可視化

　種々のプローブによる超音波検査により，尿道スリングテープやメッシュの可視化を試み，考察した。【対象と方法】テープ・メッシュを用いた手術を行った患者を対象とした。3種類のプローブ（経腟，経腹，リニア）を用いて超音波検査を行った。【結果】経腟プローブは前後壁メッシュの近位部，経腹プローブは前壁メッシュとテープ，リニアプローブは前壁遠位部，後壁メッシュおよびテープの可視化に適していた。【考察】プローブにより観察に適した部位が異なっていた。プローブの組み合わせによりテープ・メッシュの状態をよりよく把握できると考えられた。
