症例

化学療法により長期生存が得られている膀胱小細胞癌

文献概要

症例は67歳，女性。血尿を主訴に当科を受診した。膀胱全摘術および回腸利用新膀胱造設術を行い，組織結果は小細胞癌であった。術後PE療法を3コース行ったが再発し，腫瘍摘出，放射線治療，PE療法3コースを行った。その後再々発しPE療法を行ったが再発病変が増大し，イリノテカンを含む化学療法を行い奏効した。現在イリノテカン単独療法を継続し，初発より8年半の長期生存が得られている。
