大腸内視鏡下止血を要した経直腸的前立腺生検

文献概要

70歳男性に対して前立腺特異抗原（prostate specific antigen：PSA）高値のため超音波ガイド下経直腸的前立腺生検を行った。帰室後，直腸から持続する出血を認めたため，圧迫止血を行ったが，止血困難のため内視鏡下に観察後，クリッピングにて止血した。生検標本の病理検査にて悪性所見が認められた。
