ロボット手術の現況と将来展望

要旨 2009年11月,da Vinci S HDTMサージカルシステムの製造販売が国内で薬事承認された。ダビンチの鉗子類の自由度の高さに由来する手術操作性の向上,コンソールでの立体視が可能なこと,さらには術者の肉体的負担の軽減などにより,ロボット手術は開腹手術や腹腔鏡手術を凌駕する可能性を持つ手術法である。全ロボット手術の中で,占める割合の高いロボット支援腹腔鏡下前立腺全摘除術を中心に,手術手技,合併症,癌制御,機能温存などの観点から検討した。またロボット手術導入にあたっての当施設での経験を基に,チーム医療におけるトレーニング,教育の視点より検討した。さらにロボット手術の今後の展望と問題点について考察した。
