Q　根治的前立腺摘除術を開始した症例。前立腺全摘除後，膀胱が尾側へほとんど動かず，尿道への吻合ができない。


[1]概　説

　根治的前立腺摘除術において，前立腺摘除後，膀胱尿道吻合時に膀胱が尾側へほとんど動かず，尿道まで届かないというケースは，さほど多く遭遇するものではない。通常，膀胱壁は伸縮性に富み，膀胱頸部を広めに切除した場合でも縫縮後の内尿道口は尿道断端まで容易に伸びる。よって，内尿道口が尿道断端まで届かないというのは比較的稀なケースであり，それゆえその対処には難渋するが，誘因としては以下のことが考えられる。
