文献概要

要旨　透析療法は人工腎臓の心臓部である「膜」と「水」が重要であり，ダイアライザ，ヘモダイアフィルタ，ならびに透析液の組成と清浄化がkeyとなる。さらに，治療モダリティーではHDだけではなく，HDF療法も発展しており，中でも透析液清浄化を究極に極めた大量液置換が可能なon-line HDFがCDDSでも可能となった。今後ますます透析の質の向上に期待する。
