篩骨洞に転移を認めた膀胱癌

症例は78歳，男性。2009年4月，膀胱癌，T3aN0MOの診断で膀胱全摘術および回腸導管造設術を施行した。病理診断はUC＞SCC，G2，pT3N1M0であった。2011年10月に左顔面の腫脹，血性鼻汁が出現し，当院耳鼻科を受診した。膀胱癌の副鼻腔転移の疑いにて11月に当科紹介となり，加療目的で入院となった。その後，副鼻腔転移に対して放射線照射を予定するも，全身状態悪化により施行前に永眠された。
