要旨　逆行性アプローチによる恥骨後式根治的前立腺全摘除術の手技と指導的助手としてのポイントについて，手術手順ごとに概説した。質の高い手術を行うためには，良好な視野の確保によって盲目的な操作をなくし，正確な手術操作を行うことが重要である。
