要旨　恥骨後式前立腺全摘術は，限局性前立腺癌に対する根治手術として最も広く行われている。癌の根治に加え排尿機能および性機能の温存を骨盤底の狭い術野で両立しなければならない手術である。本術式のポイントは，的確な陰茎背静脈群の処理による出血のコントロールと前立腺尖部の処理，直腸前面および神経血管束周辺の剝離である。
