腎細胞癌の手術

要旨　腎癌の多くが鏡視下手術で行われており，さらに最近では鏡視下で腎部分切除術も行われるようになってきている。もちろん，癌の根治性から根治的腎摘除術が標準手術であるが，腎癌の手術療法のオプションは豊富となった。これらの術式やアプローチの選択は画像診断に基づき検討されることとなる。本稿では，画像診断からの腎癌手術の術式，アプローチ選択について概説を行った。
