[1]膀胱全摘除術を行うにあたって

　膀胱全摘除術は泌尿器科悪性腫瘍手術の中で最も時間を要し，侵襲の大きい手術の1つである。その適応の決定については，膀胱癌の病期のみならず，患者の合併症や全身状態も大きな要素となる。一方，膀胱摘除後に腸管を利用した尿路再建を行っても，周術期における水分電解質の吸収障害はほとんどなく，術後管理はさほど複雑ではない。最近は腸管処置や予防的抗菌薬投与法などが簡略化される傾向がある。
