遺伝子確定診断をした腎原発滑膜肉腫

症例は38歳，男性。2009年4月，肉眼的血尿を認め，当科を受診。造影CTで右腎下極に8×7cmの腫瘍を認めた。右腎細胞癌の診断で根治的右腎摘除術を施行した。遺伝子検査でSYT領域の転座を認め，腎臓原発滑膜肉腫と診断された。
