要旨　薬剤性尿路結石とは，使用していた薬剤により引き起こされる尿路結石のことである。近年増加傾向に歯止めがきかない状態の尿路結石症であるが，正しい知識を身につけておけば，この薬剤性結石は十分に対応が可能である。本稿では18種類の結石を誘導する薬剤につき順次解説する。泌尿器科医だけではなく，内科医にも広く周知いただきたい。
