精索静脈瘤に対する臍部単孔式腹腔鏡下精索静脈高位結紮術

　左陰囊痛を主訴に来院したgrade Ⅲ左精索静脈瘤の3例（23～46歳，平均34.7歳）に，臍部単孔式腹腔鏡下精索静脈高位結紮術を施行した。1人の腹腔鏡技術認定医が全例で術者を行った。平均手術時間は65分（49～96分），出血量は全例少量であった。術後の疼痛は軽度であり，全例で鎮痛剤が不要であった。合併症はなく，いずれの症例も術後3日以内で退院となった。全例5か月以内で症状，静脈瘤ともに消失し，陰囊水腫，精巣萎縮などの合併症や精索静脈瘤の再発は認めていない。精索静脈瘤に対する臍部単孔式腹腔鏡下精索静脈高位結紮術は，腹腔鏡技術認定医であれば安全に導入できる術式であると考えられた。
