症例：3歳・男児

　1週間前に咳嗽にて近医を受診した際に腹部腫瘤を指摘された。画像で左腎に6cm大の腫瘍が認められ，入院となった。ほかには症状なし。尿中VMAは陰性。左腎摘出が行われた。図1，2は左腎腫瘤の肉眼像で，図3，4はその代表的な組織像である。

　1．肉眼像における鑑別診断を述べよ。

　2．病理診断は何か。
