陰茎絞扼症，嵌頓包茎

要旨　非勃起時や部分勃起状態の陰茎に異物を巻き付けると，勃起後除去が不可能になることが多い。これを陰茎絞扼症と呼び，金属や非金属の絞扼物は重度の血管損傷や壊疽のような合併症につながり得る。陰茎血流遮断数時間後，血液の停滞が顕著となり，浮腫と出血が出現し，陰茎が腫脹する。硬性絞扼物のほうが，軟性絞扼物よりも陰茎損傷が少ないとされている。陰茎絞扼症の対処法としては，総合的には陰茎海綿体の穿刺吸引，糸鋸，グラインダー，ボルトカッター，歯科用ドリルなどが挙げられる。嵌頓包茎は思春期男児では受診が遅れ，用手整復が難しいことが多く，背面切開などが必要になる。
