持続勃起症，陰茎折症

要旨　持続勃起症とは，性的刺激・性的興奮と無関係である勃起が4時間を超えて持続している状態である。持続勃起症は虚血性持続勃起症と非虚血性勃起症に大別されるが，前者では緊急処置が必要であり，陰茎海綿体内血液ガス分析による鑑別診断が非常に重要である。陰茎折症は，勃起した陰茎に急激な外力が働き，陰茎海綿体白膜の断裂をきたした状態である。陰茎折症は早急な外科的治療を必要とする病態である。いずれの疾患も比較的稀な疾患ではあるものの，早急かつ適切な診断と治療が必要不可欠である。
