良悪性の鑑別に迷う陰囊内病変

要旨　精巣腫瘍の典型像は無痛性の充実性腫瘍であり，通常は触診所見，精巣超音波および腫瘍マーカー測定により診断は容易である。しかし，非典型的な臨床像を示す精巣腫瘍症例もあり，急性陰囊症などの他疾患との鑑別が必要な場合もある。また，従来は稀とされてきた精巣良性腫瘍あるいは非腫瘍性病変についても近年の精巣超音波の普及に伴い，報告例が増えつつある。さらに，これらの病変の超音波所見についても知見が得られつつある。本稿では，いずれについても概説する。
