文献概要

要旨　泌尿器科領域における小児腹腔鏡手術を，安全に正確に行うためのヒントとテクニックについて記載した。小児泌尿器領域の手術は形成手術が多いため，成人以上に腹腔鏡手術のメリットは大きい。しかし，手術を行ううえで成人以上に準備と工夫が必要になる。最も手術症例が多い腎盂形成術を中心に，いつも心がけていることを述べた。
