乳腺転移をきたした膀胱癌

症例は67歳，女性。主訴は肉眼的血尿。膀胱鏡検査およびCT，MRIで浸潤性膀胱癌cT4a N3M1cと診断。ゲムシタビンとカルボプラチンによる全身化学療法を施行。化療中，左乳房に腫脹が出現し，腫瘤生検で膀胱癌乳腺転移と診断。ゲムシタビンとパクリタキセルによる全身化学療法を施行するも，初診から17か月後，乳腺転移出現から5か月後に癌死した。
