症例：70代・男性

　最近になり，排尿障害が出現し，前立腺肥大症（BPH）と診断された。今回，経尿道的前立腺切除術（TUR-P）が施行され，図1～3に示す偶発病変（HE染色）が認められた。

　1．診断名は何か。

　2．この病変の意義について述べよ。
