特集 アンチエイジング医学と泌尿器科
文献概要
要旨 抗加齢医学（アンチエイジング医学）は生活の質を高め，積極的に健康長寿を目指すための予防医学である。身体の機能年齢（筋年齢，血管年齢，神経年齢，ホルモン年齢，骨年齢）と老化を促進する危険因子（酸化ストレス，糖化ストレス，心身ストレス，免疫ストレス，生活習慣）を評価したうえで，危険因子を是正し，機能年齢の老化予防と若返りを目指す。療法は精神療法（知育），運動療法（体育），食事療法（食育）を基本とし，サプリメント療法は食事療法に位置付けられる。サプリメント療法については，抗加齢医学の観点から同じ土俵のうえでの評価を行い，医学的証拠を積み上げてゆく必要がある。
