下部尿路症状のアンチエイジング

要旨　青森県弘前市岩木町で展開されている「岩木町健康増進プロジェクト」において実施された下部尿路症状，性機能，馬尾症状などに関する調査データに基づいて，下部尿路症状のアンチエイジングについて考察した。動脈硬化，心不全，性ホルモンの低下，低栄養，酸化ストレスなど加齢に伴うさまざまな要因が複雑に関与して，下部尿路症状や性機能障害の原因になっていることが推測される。おのおのの障害が混在してエイジングという表現型を呈しているため，心身全体のアンチエイジングを目指した総合的対策が必要であると思われた。
